Erasure Poetry from the PSC's Encampment at IU Bloomington

On April 24th, IU’s administration brought together an ad hoc committee to change the rules of Dunn Meadow, a free speech zone on IU Bloomington’s Campus. Knowing that the Palestinian Solidarity Committee intended to create an encampment the following day, this committee prohibited, coincidentally, tents, signs and unapproved structures on Dunn Meadow.

These signs were displayed around Dunn Meadow the following day:

We, the members of the encampment, took it upon ourselves to make some edits.

Two days later, after 55 arrests of peaceful protestors and tearing down the encampment on two separate occasions, the IU administrators took it upon themselves to distill their previous statement.

We thought it could use some more edits.
